Before ARM was incorporated in 1996, Paul Huntingdon commissioned market research into the common perception of recruitment agencies. The research revealed that most companies felt the service they received from recruitment agencies was poor. ARM entered the market determined to stand apart from other agencies, and to deliver an agile, professional service through a motivated and expert staff.
