About the Business
In 1992 I set up a recruitment agency based in Wallingford to service the construction industry, for five years the company grew within this sector. I took the decision that the company needed further areas to expand into which saw the opportunity to supply office based staff to our construction clients. Over the next four years the company grew locally, with the fantastic help of our staff, loyal clients and candidates looking for the best jobs.
The next 10 years saw many changes, the company traded from six offices and covered a vast array of recruitment sectors. Having sold my interest in this company in 2009, I now see an opportunity to bring Atlas Employment to the Oxfordshire market place to provide a service based upon the original values I set up in 1992.
