Founded in 2001 Echo has grown to become Northamptonshire's largest independent recruitment agency. We have dedicated divisions to deal with all aspects of recruitment which have all grown massively despite the recession including: Industrial, Warehousing, Technical, Commercial, Permanent, Training and On-site. Supplying over 800 staff per day and placing around 100 permanent positions each year, Echo remains competitive and can beat most other recruitment companies considerably on price, without compromising quality service or our ethical approach to recruitment.
Echo have a commitment to training and developing Northamptonshire's workforce and employ more apprentices than any other local employers. We are ISO 9001 accredited and also members of the REC and Gangmasters Licensing Authority (GLA).
