Fixed-Fee Placements was formed to help small to medium businesses employ outstanding talent. We simplify yet enhance recruitment processes and have scrapped the typically expensive agency fees.

Headhunting with innovative social media marketing and using our unique candidate referral network. We create candidate personas (based on your criteria) to determine where we’ll find ideal candidates and design and implement demographically-targeted campaigns.
Requesting candidates complete our Basic Skills Test – an online literacy, numeracy and IT test, designed to check the basic skills of potential employees.
We make recruiting easier by…
Conducting video interviews with each candidate we submit, giving you an insight before even meeting them. This saves you hours of time spent interviewing and hugely reduces your interview to hire rate.
Offering a strong refund guarantee. We’re good, we know that, but sometimes things don’t work out. If a candidate leaves or is fired within 50 days, we’ll give you a 70% refund.
And the best bit? We do all this for a fee that’s much smaller than traditional agency fees.
