Initi8 was established by directors Eric Thwaite and Steve Hellier, two senior managers in the recruitment industry with two decades of experience between them. Eric and Steve progressed from resourcers to consultants, to managers, to training managers, to running the major divisions for some of the most respected companies in recruitment. This wealth of experience has informed the philosophy on which Initi8 is founded.
Based in the heart of London's financial district, we are part of a network of recruitment companies with a sound support infrastructure.
