Mynt Recruitment started in December 2004 as part of national franchise and has 2 managed branches, one in York and the other in Hull; we became totally independent in 2009. Over the years we have grown from strength to strength in this exciting and rewarding recruitment market sector. We now offer Mynt Recruitment franchises. Mynt stands for "Meeting Your Needs Today" because we offer both our clients and candidates alike, a high quality service that some other recruitment companies can't compete with.
Clients can have the peace of mind that all our recruitment practices are standard across all of our branches. We conduct internal audits every 6 months to ensure our standards are maintained and we are audited by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and the Gang Masters Licensing Authority (GLA).
