The agency is owned by Deirdre Sharvin who identified a niche in the market that needed to be filled in this area. Deirdre has come from a strong business background with ten years experience in both senior and managerial recruitment agency roles. She is also educated to degree level (including masters) in business related disciplines. She has gained a wealth of business experience from working in a variety of industries throughout her careers and has grasped a clear understanding of the importance of excellent recruitment processes and man management skills in any thriving business.
