Founded in 2002 with branches in Southampton and Fareham, RFC specialises in providing reliable cost effective recruitment and outsourced staffing solutions to a range of industries across the South of England. We supply trained, reliable and adaptable staff to a broad spectrum of businesses including: manufacturing & distribution, warehousing, packaging and production, food processing and agriculture. Supplying customers with short-term and long term cover, as well as permanent staff, we pride ourselves on finding fulltime positions for our workforce, whilst providing customers with a cost effective solution to meet their individual needs.
Above all we are flexible. We fully understand the need for a rapid response to seasonal peaks. The efficiency and productivity of a client's business are the foundations upon which we build our service level agreements - every contract is based on a full understanding of the customer's unique requirements.
