With our meteoric growth 2004 saw the launch of 2 new departments, Commercial and Care Services. Our independent mini bus service enables Smarter to get as few or as many staff to and from any shifts day or night as required, and our 24 hour emergency contact line is open and available to all clients. Smarter Recruitment is an independent recruitment company, this means that we are able to tailor all contracts to suit our clients individual requirements. Our selection process includes our own unique candidate test followed by an in depth interview. Being completely flexible we are able to incorporate our clients' tests and/or interviewing techniques.
