About the Business
Starting Off is far from just another Apprenticeship company. All of our Apprentices work for companies who value Apprenticeships and allow their Apprentice to leave the workplace to get some good quality training. For some that's on a weekly basis, for others it's to attend a monthly workshop, but everyone on our Apprenticeship programmes gets training away from the workplace to add to the on the job coaching and development.
Our graduate service is a recruitment service and then quite a bit more. We have recently introduced a series of personal development workshops to help recent graduates really understand how they can be effective in the workplace. Add these to the review meeting we hold with the graduate and their employer after 3 months and 6 months, and the service becomes so much more than introducing a company to a new member of staff.
We have worked with Starting Off on the recruitment of trainees and more recently apprentices for approximately seven years.
