Personal - we know that building long term trust with our candidates, clients and employees has been and continues be the most important factor in our success. All of our team are trained and understand the importance of sound business processes. To that end, we have developed a methodology which is unique to Talent Gateway and enables us to deliver an outstanding service which our clients and candidates have come to expect and know. Our recruitment services provide Manager and Director level executives to businesses on a flexible basis; on a Permanent part time/full time, Interim, Project basis or Outsource.
After many years in a corporate environment where I worked in various roles including Sales, Marketing, Product development, third party sales channel development and latterly running a number of european due diligence teams, I decided to set up Talent Gateway. In order to ensure we run a professional, standards based operation our team are qualified and members of REC.
