Theo Jones Recruitment was founded with one clear goal; to deliver an unrivalled customer experience for both client and candidate within automotive recruitment. Our Consultants are lead by Josh Cummins, who has had a very distinguished career working for some of the industries most prestigious manufacturers and dealer groups.
Josh has had the privilege of leading a number of highly successful restructuring programs within the dealer network of a well known brand, that gave Josh first hand experience of the challenges that employers face in sourcing the right talent in the motor industry and the difficulties facing both client and candidate in engaging one another. Furthermore it was clear to Josh, that in order to match the right people with the right opportunities, understanding how the business works from an internal perspective, could enable him to help other businesses find the very best talent that the industry has to offer.
