About the Business
Ward Executive was established more than twenty years ago and has recruited a broad spectrum of senior managers in a wide range of sectors. We've been successful in building strong long term relationships with many major clients and we've also worked effectively with smaller owner-managed businesses and not for profit organisations.
Dave Denny, the Managing Director, has been one of the main architects of Ward Executive. He joined the business in 1988 after a career spanning fourteen years in HR with blue chip companies. Ten years later he became MD and acquired the majority shareholding in the company.
Ward Executive has focussed its main activities on search and recruitment in the middle to senior management and director levels. Typically these assignments take in jobs with base salaries ranging from £30,000 to £100,000.
